I cannot recommend Click2Heel enough! As a first-time dog owner, welcoming a puppy into our home has been a little overwhelming, but the one to one sessions with Kirstie have been invaluable. Kirstie's support has made a huge difference. I've learned so much and I am grateful for her friendly approach, expertise and guidance. We’ve also attended the puppy classes with Di, Kirstie and Heidi. The classes have been really fun, have pushed us out of our comfort zone, and helped us work on new skills in a different environment.
Big shout out to Di who helped me and my pooch to succeed on scent discrimination in order to enchance my dog's life and put his abilities into something that he really enjoys and is very capable of. It worked very well. I completely forgot to film the final test (exams take your brains away as usual). A very Merry Xmas to you and the team and I hope that the New Year will keep you pleasantly busy. A special thank you goes to Carla, who was very kind trying to squeeze me in to accomodate my own busy schedule.
Di is an excellent, patient trainer! Highly recommend her! She has helped my reactive dog be much less reactive!
Fantastic experience. Di is a fantastic trainer and she really knows what she is doing. Currently she is training my dog and she explains everything to the detail. Click 2 heel is highly recommended.

My wife and I used Click-2-Heel for our Mudi 11/10 would recommend. We were having some behavioural issues that we could not understand. When we met Di she took her time to explain to us beyond the training and showed us how to read our Dog's body language. She trained us more on how to train and understand our Mudi better. We had 5 1-to-1 training and it was an amazing experience. At the end of these sessions our Mudi behaved on walks, picked up a few additional tricks and Di even recognised some agility potential. That's the great thing about Di and her Click-2-Heel team, they are passionate about Dogs. Will be looking to introduce our Mudi into some agility training somewhere down the line. Such a wonderful team - we are so lucky our vets recommended them. Di and Tamsin have been nothing but brilliant and just instil so much confidence in you. Our bouncy Labrador puppy has been a bit of a handful but they have been kind, helpful and give you the advice you need, not what they want to tell you. We would highly recommend them.
We used Click-2-Heel for puppy training and 1-2-1 sessions. I would highly recommend to any puppy or dog owner. Tamsin's 1-2-1 advise, help and support has been invaluable. She is super knowledgeable, caring and her tips and ways to approach are amazing. She puts you and the pups completely at ease and has helped us overcome a couple of behaviours including 'witching hour'! We have learnt so much and understand the why's and impacts much better. Coco-pop adores Tamsin. We intend to continue working with Tamsin from a 1-2-1 perspective, courses and fun swims. We used Click-2-Heel when our two male cockers were puppies and kept at it for well over a year. The excellent training and advice we got from Di and her team was a fantastic investment and we often get people who comment to us on walks how well behaved our spaniels are. The foundational training - in particular the focus on having a totally reliable recall - has also helped us avoid potentially dangerous situations . A huge thanks to Di and all the team. I would advise any dog owner to invest the time in the training - it pays off massively.
Nikki is one of the best people ive ever had to train my dogs. Would definitely recommend to everyone who is looking for a dog trainer 👍👍👍

Tamsin is absolutely amazing, caring, knowledgeable and professional. She helped us with any issues we asked regarding Penny's (our pug puppy) training. Tamsin is always willing to go the extra mile. She's very focused on what's best for the puppy and trains us to be better parents. Penny loves Tamsin and that's telling on its own how good she is with puppies. She is always happy to reply to my questions even outside of the class and I highly appreciate it.
We love Click-2-Heel. We've had great support, both in the online course and face-to-face. Our 1-2-1 sessions have been backed up with friendly support from the Facebook group. Would definitely recommend!
My little dog Dexter (Jack Russel mix) loved to bark. Every time I approached him he would get excited and did not stop - I booked a Zoom session with Di and she was able to give me some advice, games and tips to engage and distract Dexter as well as train me to be consistent with commands. Within a few days Dexter was responding to the lessons, he is much calmer and now does not bark when I approach him. We are all much happier and I would not hesitate to use Di again.
Excellent.. had a 1-1 session which helped massively. Will definitely be booking another one very soon.
We are so impressed with Di’s puppy training videos, they are so exhaustive without being overwhelming. She definitely knows what she’s talking about and is approachable, always happy to help (when when raising and training her own puppies at the same time as I am mine!) and so professional. I highly recommend this course and the invaluable 1-2-1s.
I’ve started 1-2-1 behavioural training with Ryan at Click 2 Heel for my dog and I’ve learnt so much already. This was after my dog started getting stressed when I left him. I was able to start training within a week of contacting them which was such a relief. They’ve got great outdoor premises so no problems with social distancing and the knowledge Ryan has is fantastic. I’m learning so much. I’ve just got to put this into practice with my boy. Can’t recommend click 2 heel enough. If your willing to put in the hard work, the results and knowledge you gain are worth it
We had the basic package (with one 1-2-1 and 5 weeks course) and have found the sessions so helpful and beneficial. It was definitely worthwhile having a 1-2-1 with Nikki before the classes started, as we had a bit of an inside track on what to expect. The classes are excellent, especially those which are mostly practical. There can be times when the trainers need to describe actions or answer questions, so you need to have something to keep your pup occupied. Our most recent class was mostly practical and it was fantastic as my pup stayed engaged the whole way through. We had a bit of an issue with our puppy biting and asked Nikki to come back for a second 1-2-1. Nikki came the next day and within an hour had solved the problem, honestly feels like we have a new dog one day later. Di is also super responsive and so knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend them more.
We took our 10-week old labrador puppy to the 5-week Puppy Class. There were 2 professional trainers to a class of 6-8 puppies, so we always felt like there was help at hand. The trainers were very competent at running the sessions and handling both the puppies and the owners - tailoring their advice to the differing needs of the different puppies. We trusted the team and valued the support to the extent that we booked an additional 1-1 session for some specific guidance. Special thanks to Ryan who was always happy to stay behind after the classes and take questions; and to Nikki for our 1-1 session.
Di and her team have a genuine love and understanding of dogs. They also understand that we as owners are most likely nervous, tired and at times at the end of our tether. We bought a puppy 2 years ago and went for 121 sessions and group classes. Our boy has turned out to be a really good boy, so when we got his brother I contacted Di immediately. I followed the online course and was blown away by how much i learned from it... I thought I knew what I needed, but being able to watch the training in my own time, without distractions was a godsend! We are now also doing the puppy classes and know that our two boys will have the best possible foundation we could ever want. Thank you Di and Ryan
We had a series of one-to-one's with Nikki. She gave us excellent support, was really knowledgeable and helped us gain confidence in understanding our puppies behaviour. What was particularly helpful was Nikki's flexibility to adapt what we did together, and how she explained what she noticed in our puppies behaviour. This has really helped us read her body language and react accordingly to build her confidence around people and other dogs. We highly recommend this service. Thanks Nikki.
Just finished an absolutely brilliant 4 week recall course with my 8 month old terrier puppy Flex. I learned so much and have even more to take away and practice. Well organised and informative classes with extremely helpful and knowledgeable trainers. I would highly recommend Di and Ryan to anyone wanting to train their dog or puppy. I'm looking forward to starting again in September and learning even more.
I've been using Click-2-Heel for the past 9 months to help train my Standard Poodle puppy. We started with the 6-week puppy class and then moved on to the Essential Life Skills classes. Di and her team have been brilliant in teaching me how to understand Darcy's behaviour (she is a sensitive puppy) and how to positively reinforce her behaviour. We recently started the Recall and Leadwork class and after two sessions I have noticed a huge improvement in Darcy's attentiveness and general approach to training. Her recall around distractions is already so much better. With the expert training from Di, Ryan and the Click-2-Heel team both Darcy and I are growing in confidence and she is learning to be a well behaved dog.
After our puppy training classes with Click-to-Heel, I just want to say our labrador, Willow, has turned out to be an amazing and well behaved dog. Member of the public are always commenting on how well behaved she is when we are out walking. All the training really paid off so thank you!
tl;dr - I used click-2-heel because I wanted some 1-2-1 training to improve my puppy's recall. It was an amazing experience and two sessions in & my pup comes back anytime I call. We booked in two 1-2-1 sessions to cover what we thought was recall training issues. We knew something was missing in the way we were trying to approach it but we didn't know what we were missing. Nikki came to meet us and within 15 minutes she had already clocked that we were having communication issues with Jess. She gave us a bunch of games, techniques and homework to go away and prep before the next lesson. We just finished our 2nd 1-2-1 and the difference in Jess in a week is unbelievable! She is playing with us more, cue seeking a lot more and most importantly coming back to us when we call even with other distractions like dogs and birds. We were banging our heads against a wall trying to figure out how to work on our dog's recall and you have given us the right tools to sort it incredibly quickly! Thank you so much.
We started using Click 2 Heel in 2015 for our golden labrador puppy Ruby and it was the best thing we could have done. The puppy class not only taught us how to positively reinforce behaviours but allowed us to socialise Ruby with other dogs her age. We've continued to go to classes including graduate, masters, scent class and agility over the years and we highly recommend this company. We get so many compliments on how well behaved Ruby is and that's down to the technique that Click 2 Heel taught us. All trainers were friendly and helpful, they had a genuine interest in your dogs progression with the courses.
We've used Click-2-Heel for our reactive collie for quite a few years now. Our dog Daisy has a wonderful relationship both with Di and also her dogs. Di has always kept Daisy's training and development fresh and with new ideas... our dog is quite literally a different animal now. Di spends as much focus on understand the animal as she does in teaching the owner how to get the most improvement from their pet. Highly recommended - Daisy and us will be with Di for as long as she still has the energy for a training session (Daisy that is... not Di!).
